This Refund Policy page is an extension of, is used, is presented, and is provided in conjunction with the Terms of Service page (linked here) and the Privacy Policy (linked here) of this Website and explains the process of receiving refunds from ANGIE J, the process of canceling the promotional, the marketing, and/or the coaching services ("the Services") provided by ANGIE J, and hopefully other concerns of anyone who is currently in the immediate process of paying for and receiving the Services; or has previously paid for the Services but the Services have not yet been completed or fully provided as of yet; or has paid for and received the Services from or by ANGIE J and the contract has not yet been terminated or has not yet expired ("the Client").

SECTION 2 - BOOKING AND SERVICE FEES
ANGIE J conducts business, accepts payments, and provides the Services using a "Booking Fee and Service Fee" structure.
This means that each total price of all of the individual services listed for sale by ANGIE J are divided into a Non-Refundable Booking Fee (that may be refundable under certain circumstances) due from the Client to RESERVE the Services; the available service spaces; the time; the labor; the research efforts; and/or the tools of ANGIE J and a Non-Refundable Service Fee that is only due from the Client AFTER the entirety of the Services as described by the service descriptions has been provided. All of the Services' descriptions are listed on www.AngieJ.com ("this Website") under every request form for the reference of the Client at any time.
Some features of the Services provide (mostly) permanent space on ANGIE J's social media platforms and this Website for RESERVATION while others provide temporary space for RESERVATION. Please refer to the descriptions under every service request form for more details and the specific terms of each service item.
Booking Fees And Service Fees For Social Media Coaching Services
ANGIE J provides PERSONALIZED and RESERVED 1-on-1 Social Media Coaching Services for Social Media Influencers and Individual Online Content Creators. This means that prices for these services will vary based upon the available WEEKLY budget of the Client. A FREE consultation call will be provided to the Client by ANGIE J and if the Client agrees to book the Services, then they will be charged a Non-Refundable Booking Fee to reserve a space as a 1-on-1 client.
Then, according to the available WEEKLY budget of the Client, the Client will sign the Service Agreement, the Client will provide consent to allow ANGIE J to save their card information on file through www.Squareup.com, and the Client will be charged the recurring WEEKLY Non-Refundable Service Fee every 7 days that was agreed upon during their FREE consultation for the duration of reserving the Services of ANGIE J until the Services are completed in their entirety and the Client signs the Completion of Services Agreement signifying that the Services have been completely provided.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
- All sales under "FINDOM" and all payments sent related to Findom Realm are final. Purchases made ordering "Findom Realm Quests" and/or made when ordering any other products or services involving Findom Realm that are available from ANGIE J and/or through this Website are Non-Refundable.
- Sales from the products and/or designs posted on the "MERCH", "POSTERS", "PILLOWS", and "STICKERS" shops may be eligible for refunds, exchanges, and/or returns through Redbubble.com and Zazzle.com. Please refer to the "HELP FROM REDBUBBLE" and "HELP FROM ZAZZLE" sections in the footer at the bottom of any page on the ANGIE J website at any time when needed.

- Booking Fees (under every situation and circumstance, except for some situations and circumstances that pertain to product selling businesses) are Non-Refundable.
The Booking Fee and Service Fee structure of every other Service available on this website allows ANGIE J to keep transaction disputes low and provide the best possible services to the Client while simultaneously keeping the best interest of the business in mind. All of the promotional, marketing, and coaching services of ANGIE J are carried out individually and/or manually by ANGIE J; therefore, the Client is RESERVING the Service. ANGIE J will be creating and providing space specifically for the Client that cannot be used by anyone else while it is RESERVED. The Client DOES NOT pay for the Service in it's entirety through this Website nor does the Client pay for the Service in its entirety when reserving and booking the Service. Only some Booking Fees paid by some product selling business clients will be eligible for refund under certain and/or specific conditions.
Refundable Booking Fees For Product Selling Businesses
- If a product selling business reserves services that require ANGIE J to receive any of their physical products in the mail in order to create the content to complete any of the RESERVED services and the request is approved by ANGIE J, the business is eligible for an up to 100% refund of the paid Booking Fee during the order processing, mailing, shipping, and delivery process of their product to ANGIE J up UNTIL the process of CREATING THE CONTENT that entails for the majority of the business service items begins, in which ANGIE J will consult with the Client through email using the email address that was deliberately provided to ANGIE J when the Client made their initial request for the Service.
ANGIE J will confirm with the Client during a consultation checkpoint ("Consultation") if they would like to continue with the Service process once their product has arrived to ANGIE J in the mail. If the Client expresses during Consultation that they would like to discontinue the Service process, up to 100% of their paid Booking Fee will be refunded as soon as humanly possible.
However, if the Client expresses during Consultation that they would like to continue with the Service process after their product has arrived to ANGIE J in the mail, the Booking Fee will no longer be refundable to the business client and ANGIE J will begin to test their product, review their product, research their product further, and start the CREATION PROCESS in order to complete and/or provide the Service item that the Client has RESERVED.
If the Client is an eligible product selling business and would like to cancel the Service at any time BEFORE the CREATION PROCESS begins or has begun and requests a refund, the Client MUST contact ANGIE J at AJSocialite@angiej.com using the same email that was used to initially REQUEST the Service immediately and express this request.
- Service Fees are Non-Refundable under any to most situations and circumstances. The Service Fees are only due and paid by the Client AFTER the services as described by the Service item descriptions on this Website have been PROVIDED and/or COMPLETED by ANGIE J. Or, paid DURING the duration of ANGIE J providing RESERVED 1-on-1 Social Media Coaching Services. It is stated with every service and every service item listed for RESERVATION that the results during the Services, the results after the Services have been provided, and/or the results after the work projects have been posted may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, ANGIE J assumes no liability or responsibility for any of the results or consequences that take place before, during, and/or after providing the Service or any of the Services whether currently listed on this Website or not currently listed that ANGIE J provides commercially or non-commercially. ANGIE J makes no promises or guarantees about the results of the Service or any other services that may be provided by ANGIE J and/or that are currently not listed within these policies, on this Website, or other. Please refer to the Terms of Service page (linked here) for more information.

SECTION 4 - CLIENT CONSULTATIONS, CONTENT REVIEWS, CONTENT APPROVAL, AND MORE
Booking (RESERVING) and receiving the Services of ANGIE J can be and/or is an extensive process that ANGIE J takes quite seriously. ANGIE J has taken many years to plan, organize, and finalize these processes for the Services and their pricing structure. Please be mindful and/or aware, that even in this sizeable amount of effort by ANGIE J to plan ahead and plan accordingly, there are still many scenarios, circumstances, and/or situations that are not and cannot be accounted for within this Website or the Content of ANGIE J. Many and/or most can only be accounted for at or during the time that they arise and/or become present.
However, despite all of this, it is still very important to ANGIE J that the Client receives the best experience humanly possible at the time of, before, and/or during receiving the Services while also protecting the interests, brand, representation, image, and/or flow of the business.
Therefore, ANGIE J will require content to be sent during the Services request form completion processes in order to REVIEW and APPROVE OR DENY any and/or all content that is sent for posting on ANGIE J's platforms before allowing anyone to RESERVE any of the Services' items. It is IMPERITIVE that the Client provides the best possible content within their own means that they can in order to MAXIMIZE on the possible results of the Services.
It is by the discretion of ANGIE J to DENY any content that the entity deems as harmful to the brand, damaging to the brand, too controversial, and/or any and all Other reasons not explicitly listed here for any reason of any kind at any time.
Through the email that was deliberately provided by the Client when initially requesting the Services, ANGIE J may and/or will engage in Consultations with the Client at any time during ANGIE J's normal business hours as they are necessary for providing and completing all of the Services that are RESERVED.

• Discussing, confirming, modifying, and/or correcting the details of the Services.
• Keeping the Client informed about any details or processes involved with the Services that require action from the Client.
• Confirming with business clients that send physical products in the mail for their RESERVED service if they approve of the content that was created for their business and/or for their product before posting.
• Informing business clients that send physical products in the mail for their RESERVED service that their product has arrived to ANGIE J, allowing the Client a moment to express if they would like to continue with the Services' processes, and or allowing the Client to request a cancellation and/or refund before the CREATION PROCESS begins after their product has arrived to ANGIE J in the mail.
• Finalizing and receiving expressed approval of content created for TikTok influencer clients who reserve the Services for promoting their music/sounds/audio on ANGIE J's TikTok social media account(s).
• And more that may and/or may not be listed explicitly on this Website or any of the Content by ANGIE J.
These practices of Non-Refundable Booking Fees, Non-Refundable Service Fees, Content Reviews, Consultations, and more have been purposefully designed and implemented by ANGIE J in order to provide the best experiences to the Client that is humanely possible; maintain a constant and smooth flow of business; and provide the Services in a fashion that is as organized as possible. These practices or processes, and all that are not explicitly listed on this Website or within any of the Content of ANGIE J, are essential for the business operations of ANGIE J.
However, despite all of this, it is still very important to ANGIE J that the Client receives the best experience humanly possible at the time of, before, and/or during receiving the Services while also protecting the interests, brand, representation, image, and/or flow of the business.

SECTION 5 - CLIENT/PARTNER CANCELLATIONS AND CONTENT REMOVAL
All clients and partners whether an influencer client/partner, a business client/partner, or other may request a cancellation for the Services/collaborations/partnerships at any time whether before, during, or after any of the Service/collaboration/partnership processes, checkpoints, follow-ups, and/or consultations.
The Client/partner may request to have the content, post, etc. involved with their RESERVED service/collaboration/partnership removed at any time before and/or after the Services have been provided/the collaboration has resulted in content that has been posted publicly for the consumption of the public/the partnership has concluded, ended, and/or expired. The content will be taken down/removed from the respective platform(s)/deleted as soon as humanly possible.
The Client/partner must send an email to ANGIE J at AJSocialite@angiej.com for all cancellations and/or content removal requests using the same email that was used to initially REQUEST the Services/collaborations/partnerships.

The Client/partner may request to have the content, post, etc. involved with their RESERVED service/collaboration/partnership removed at any time before and/or after the Services have been provided/the collaboration has resulted in content that has been posted publicly for the consumption of the public/the partnership has concluded, ended, and/or expired. The content will be taken down/removed from the respective platform(s)/deleted as soon as humanly possible.
